  1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure that the vinyl flooring is clean and dry. Remove any debris or dust from the seams where the welding rod will be applied.
  2. Cut the Welding Rod: Measure the length of the seam and cut the Welding Rod to the appropriate length, ensuring it covers the entire seam.
  3. Heat the Welding Rod: Use a compatible heat weld gun to gently heat the welding rod. Make sure the gun is set to the correct temperature for vinyl flooring.
  4. Apply the Welding Rod: Press the heated welding rod into the seam between the vinyl mats, ensuring it fuses the edges together. Use a roller to press down and secure the bond.
  5. Trim Excess Material: Once the welding rod has cooled and set, use a trimming tool to remove any excess material for a smooth, seamless finish.
