📦 Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
  • Most deliveries arrive within 6–7 business days after shipping

🚚 Standard Shipping

  • We ship within the 48 contiguous United States
  • Free standard shipping uses the most cost-effective carrier available at the time of shipment
  • Liftgate and inside delivery are not included
  • A physical street address is required (no P.O. Boxes)
  • Signature may be required upon delivery

📦 How We Ship

  • FedEx handles most small-to-medium orders
  • Freight shipping is used for large/multiple rolls and all 10’ wide products

🚛 Freight Delivery Instructions

When your order ships via freight, here’s what you can expect:

  • The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment
  • You must be present to receive the shipment
  • Liftgate service is not included
  • Drivers are not required to move product from the truck
  • We recommend having extra help onsite—rolls can be heavy!

Helpful Freight Tips:

  1. Note any special delivery considerations (gated entry, cul-de-sac, etc.) during checkout
  2. The delivery date in your confirmation email is an estimate only—wait for your scheduled call before making plans
  3. Be ready and available for your appointment—missed deliveries can result in costly redelivery fees
  4. We suggest planning for a 4-hour delivery window
  5. Unroll mats upon arrival—they may take up to 72 hours to fully relax
