At GFloor.com, your satisfaction isn’t just a goal—it’s our promise. While we’re confident you’ll love your new flooring, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible items for reasons unrelated to warranty or product defects.

🛒 What’s Eligible for Return?

We gladly accept returns on:

  • Standard, stock G-Floor® items
  • Products in like-new, re-sellable condition
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-cut (by-the-foot) flooring
  • Clearance or discontinued products
  • Accessories like trim, adhesives, or samples (unless defective)

🔄 How to Start a Return

  2. Get Your RMA:
    A team member will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions. This RMA must be included with your return shipment.
  3. Package It Properly:
    • Items must be returned in like-new condition
    • Use original packaging if possible
    • Protect the product from damage during return shipping

💵 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • A refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued within 10 business days
  • Return shipping and any applicable duties/taxes are your responsibility
