Welding Rod fuses two flooring mats together at the seam. It does not adhere or secure the flooring to the subfloor.

Installation Instructions

Prepare the Seam: Make sure the edges of both flooring mats are properly positioned, clean and dry.
Measure the Seam: Measure the length of the seam and cut the Welding Rod to the appropriate length.
Heat-Weld the Seam: Use a compatible heat-weld gun to fuse the Welding Rod between the adjoining flooring mats.
Allow the Seam to Cool: Let the welded seam cool completely before finishing or trimming.
Finish the Seam: Carefully remove excess material as needed to create a smooth, seamless installation look.

Important: Follow all G‑Floor® installation instructions and the operating and temperature-setting instructions provided with your heat-weld gun.
