Shipping & Delivery

At G-Floor®, we’re committed to delivering dependable products with equally dependable service. Below you’ll find detailed information on shipping, freight handling, returns, warranties, and customer support.

Shipping Overview

  • Order Processing: Standard orders ship within 2–5 business days. Custom orders may require additional time.
  • Delivery Window: Typically 6–7 business days after shipment.
  • Shipping Area: We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Carriers: FedEx for smaller items; freight carriers for multi-roll orders and 10' wide products.

Note: Due to ongoing carrier delays, G-Floor will not issue replacements for delayed shipments. Carriers continue to deliver as best they can.

Standard Shipping Includes:

  • Delivery via the most cost-effective carrier available
  • Physical address required
  • Signature may be required
  • Liftgate and inside delivery not included

Freight Shipping

Orders with large rolls or high quantities ship via freight. The freight company will contact you to set up a delivery appointment.

  • You must be present for delivery.
  • Liftgate service is not included.
  • Drivers are not required to move product.
  • Have someone available to help unload heavy items.

Helpful Freight Delivery Tips

  1. Include special instructions (e.g., gated entry, narrow street) during checkout.
  2. Wait for an appointment before scheduling install or help.
  3. Missed appointments can incur redelivery fees—plan a 4-hour window.
  4. Unroll your mat right away to allow it to relax (72 hours).

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Eligible: Standard, stock G-Floor® in like-new condition
  • Not Eligible: Custom cuts, clearance items, trims, adhesives, or samples

Return Process

  1. Email customerservice@gproductsllc.com or call 833-801-9334
  2. Receive an RMA number
  3. Ship the item back within 30 days in protective packaging
  4. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box

Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty Details

All G-Floor® products are backed by manufacturer warranties that vary by product line.

  • Garage & Trailer: Limited Lifetime (residential use)
  • Sport Flooring: Limited Lifetime (residential only)
  • Outdoor & Marine / AquaTread®: 5-Year Pro-Rated Warranty

Common Warranty Exclusions

  • Improper installation, use, or subfloor conditions
  • Damage from chemicals, UV exposure, or neglect
  • Commercial use (for residential-only warranties)
  • Color variation, surface stains, and rolling load dents

All warranty claims must be initiated within 60 days of noticing an issue and require proof of purchase. Contact Better Life Technology at 877-810-6444.

Limitations of Liability

G-Floor® and Better Life Technology are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Buyer’s sole remedy is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
