Installation Instructions

Prepare the Surface: Ensure the wood substrate is clean, dry, and free of any debris or contaminants.
Apply the Adhesive: Use a trowel to spread the G-Floor® Marine & Outdoor Adhesive evenly over the substrate. Follow the coverage guidelines: 1 gallon covers 40-50 square feet, and 4 gallons cover 160-200 square feet.
Position the Flooring: Carefully lay the felt-backed polyvinyl flooring onto the adhesive, ensuring it is properly aligned.
Press and Secure: Use a roller to press the flooring firmly into the adhesive, ensuring a strong bond. Pay special attention to the edges and seams.
Allow to Cure: Let the adhesive bond for approximately 1 hour before allowing any foot traffic or placing objects on the floor.
